Combining Creativity with Craftsmanship.
There are a million things to consider when planning a renovation. With a design-build approach we can handle it all, from concept to completion. Investing in thoughtful and creative planning at the design stage means that every little detail is considered, spares you the stress of wondering how your renovation is going to turn out, and can open up ideas that really take your project to the next level.
Your design-build team.
What are the benefits?
A successful renovation depends on communication. At McGregor Design Build, we are a team. With designer and builders working collaboratively, the process is streamlined, preventing delays on site, and means that we are all pulling together with the united goal of creating the best possible end result for you.
Avoid hiccups along the way. Your designer will be working alongside the build team to troubleshoot ideas at the design stage, resulting in less problems on site and a smoother build.
Planning, permitting, project management and construction are all handled under one roof, so all you have to do is sit back and watch your dream home take shape.
